Usually this issue relates to one of the following.
1. Your caps lock is on
2. You have not realized that the username and password are case sensitive.


Why do I get no commission for an artist I referred?
Artists are the source of product and in order to ensure that we have excellent artists , we need to offer our artists an excellent deal. As a result, artists get bonus payments, which necessitate their being under the company itself. They also do not pay any membership fees which could be paid to a down line.
How do I UPGRADE to GOLD MEMBER?

If you are already a free member and have a unique ID and web site, all you have to do is purchase a 30 DAY TRIAL. It carries a full money back guarantee.

You can renew, for a full year, by simply using the RENEWAL button at the Music Shop within your 30 Day Gold Trial Period. When you renew before the end of the 30 days, you will get a 100% DISCOUNT on the renewal and pay 0.00 extra for the full year!

No refunds are given after the 30 days period, but renewal is not possible after the 30 days are up. If you fail to RENEW during the 30 day period and want to continue, you will have to purchase another 30 Day Gold Trial.

What happens if, as a Gold Member, I do not renew in time?

 



 

It is extremely important that you renew within the cycle period . If you do not, you will lose your down line and have to start all over again. You will however be paid any commission owed to you and we do give a grace period. We are not inhuman, but it is our right to terminate at any time after the renewal cycle is over. You will however be notified when this is going to take place. You should thereore be sure to keep your email contact detail up to date.

  How will I get paid?

  As a free member, can I refer other people?    
 

Yes you can. The moment you fill out the application for a free web site, we will be able to track your referrals. However, you must be aware that if the person your refer, becomes a Gold Member before you do, then you will no longer be able to claim sponsorship, unless you immediately choose to upgrade on request. If you do not respond within 24 hours, they will be placed in the system under another Gold Member!. On the other hand, if you become a GOLD member first, the person you referred will fall under you.

Unfortunately no. The system is designed to give the maximum possible back to clients and artists. The extra cost of CD's to the organization, prohibits our ability to include this option. However, should you wish to purchase hard copies of CD's at a discounted price, after your initial purchase of Gold Membership, this will be possible.

  Can I cancel my subscription at any time?    
 

With Sharp Arrow Music, the beauty is that you remain in complete control. Renewal is so easy, that you simply login to your account at the shop and renew. So, in fact, you never need to unsubscribe. Just do nothing and you are out! There is no RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION that you need to CANCEL. BUT OF COURSE, YOU NEED TO RENEW EVERY YEAR TO CONTINUE EARNING COMMISSION ON THOSE WHOM YOU HAVE REFERRED.
