This agreement in no way commits you to anything or any future involvement with Sharp Arrow Music cc. or business as represented on our interrelated web sites, namely http://www.sharparrow.org and http://sharparrowmusic.ning.com. As a TRIAL MEMBER who simply wishes to avail yourself of downloads or other purchasable products, by filling out and submitting the application form, you are welcome to do so, with no further obligation at all, with the following exceptions:


1. YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE AUTO-MAIL FROM US, WHICH IS EASY TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM.

2. YOU AGREE TO ALLOW US TO OPEN UP AN ACCOUNT FOR YOU, USING THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON THIS FORM, TO ALLOW YOU ACCESS TO THE MUSIC LOUNGE @ http://sharparrowmusic.ning.com . (You will need to click on a verification of e-mail link, and add a picture to this social network to complete the process.)

3. IF YOU CHOOSE TO AVAIL YOURSELF OF OUR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITES TO EARN COMMISSION, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY US AGAINST ANY MALFUNCTION OF OUR SYSTEMS, OR LOSS OF DATA, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOWEVER, EVEN IF IT SHOULD BE THROUGH NEGLIGENCE OF OUR STAFF. (Please note, this is a privately owned Closed Corporation and as the owner, I cannot risk my family, for the sake of a business that is intended to be a blessing to others! Be assured that every effort is taken to ensure the best possible service to our customers, within the constraint of being first a husband and a father.)

WE AGREE TO PAY YOU ANY REFUNDS ACCORDING TO OUR REFUND POLICY ON THE WEBSITE AT ANY GIVEN TIME AND TO PAY ANY COMMISSION OWING TO YOU, ON THE BASIS OF REFERRALS YOU HAVE MADE, UP TO THE TIME OF AN ACT OF GOD OR ANY OTHER DISASTER, WHICH RESULTS IN THE CLOSING DOWN OF OUR SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING THE TERMINATION OF OUR BUSINESS.
