I am not trying to tell anyone what to do. We all need to work that one out with our Creator. His words will judge us, not mine. However, I cannot remain silent as I watch teenagers and even bible reading believers, repeatedly submitting to lies that are perpetuated in what has become the devils playground: The Arts.
We should focus only on beautiful things, but never be afraid to fight for truth, because we will surely become what we listen to or take part in repeatedly. Refusing to hear the truth, I have personally found to be very costly!
No wonder, if you listen to the words of Jesus in Luke 8 18
``So take care how you listen; for whoever has, to him {more} shall be given; and whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has shall be taken away from him."

Lu 8:18 Take heed. Mark says, "Take heed 'what' you hear" (Mr 4:24); Luke, "'how' you hear". "What" we hear depends on "how" we hear; i.e., our attention and honesty.

WHEN WE DETERMINE TO BREATHE IN ONLY BEAUTIFUL THINGS, REFUSING TO LISTEN TO OR VIEW ARTISTIC TWISTS OF TRUTH, EXCEPT TO EXPOSE THEM, WE WILL LOOK BACK TO THE BEAUTY OF THE GARDEN, WITH THE HOPE OF ENJOYING ITS BEAUTY AND PEACE IN THE FUTURE!
Sharp Arrow Music has one aim. To shoot its arrow up and point people to uplifting, encouraging and edifying music and movies and to God, the source of every good gift. We should breathe in only beautiful things, because we become what we listen to! In the computer world there is a saying: “Garbage In = Garbage Out!”. While the human body and brain have various filters for sieving out garbage, most people seem oblivious to the poison that comes couched in deliciously sweet music or is part of an acclaimed “good” movie. Personally I believe I am probably way underestimating the negative impact of the arts, if I blamed 50% of the worlds social problems on the impact of poison in music and movies. Stroll down any video or music store with open eyes and you will soon discern that we have made entertainment of the breaking of the ten commandments. Yet men blame even God for the state of the world and expect their partners to be faithful and violent crime against women and children not to escalate. The transformation of cities, is possible: 2Ch 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.“
The Sharp Arrow Music Mission Statement is a passion of mine. I know, if you read it, it may not sit too nicely with some. But, the truth is, a lot of what we have all accepted as great art has been destroying what most of us cherish the most: Relationships!
